Shipping policy

 

 Orders are processed and shipped within five business days of purchase. Default carrier in the USA is USPS.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way. If you have any questions or special shipping concerns, feel free to reach out before placing your order.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we can’t make changes once your order is shipped.

All packages receive a tracking code with the exception of First Class envelopes.

🌍 International Shipping Policy

We’re happy to offer international shipping to the following countries:

Canada, United Kingdom, Netherlands, France, Germany, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and Sweden.

Shipping Carriers & Rates

We use trusted carriers like USPS and UPS to deliver your package. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and preferred shipping speed.

Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes when they arrive in your country. These fees are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Your country’s postal service or customs office may contact you to collect these fees before delivery. We do not have control over these charges and cannot prepay or waive them.

To keep shipping costs low, we currently use a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) model.

This means taxes and duties are collected by your local carrier upon delivery, not at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the carrier and destination, but typical estimates are:

• Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days

• Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that customs processing may add extra time, especially during busy seasons.

Tracking

All shipments include tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. If your country has limited tracking visibility, feel free to contact us for help.
